Basic technical and security information may be processed to operate the website, prevent abuse and diagnose service problems. Optional external media is not loaded until the relevant consent is given.

Form security and email providers
Information submitted through contact and quote forms is checked for abuse with Cloudflare Turnstile, delivered through Resend and received in the info@tekinmedyayazilim.com inbox hosted by Zoho Mail.
Upstash Redis processes only short-lived, irreversibly hashed request counters for rate limiting. Form content is not stored in a separate application database; email records are retained only as needed to answer the business enquiry and meet legal obligations. Where these providers use infrastructure outside Türkiye, applicable KVKK transfer requirements are considered.
